Avatar System Guide

CodideX Mobile uses symbolic grey human silhouette avatars for display-only profile placeholders across all mobile app sections.

Avatar Rules

  • Avatars are display-only.
  • Student, teacher, employee/staff, parent, child, and contact images are not changeable from the mobile UI.
  • Profile image management should be handled from CodideX Core desktop ERP.
  • No upload, change, camera, or crop profile image feature exists in CodideX Mobile.
Keep profile image controls out of mobile profile screens unless a buyer separately integrates a backend workflow.

Asset Location and Classes

Primary avatar asset location:

/assets/images/avatars/avatar-person-grey.svg

Common avatar classes and component snippets are used across role pages and files in /components/, including symbolic avatar snippets for employee and parent flows.

To replace the global placeholder, replace the SVG with a new buyer-approved placeholder while keeping file paths and image dimensions consistent.
