Refunds

At Codide, we primarily sell digital downloadable products such as source codes and software files.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded.

However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • The product file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded, and our support team is unable to provide a working file.
  • The product delivered is completely different from the description provided on the website.
  • A duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error.
In such cases, you may contact our support team within 3 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • You do not have the required knowledge to use the code or software.
  • The product did not meet your personal expectations.
  • The product was successfully downloaded.
  • The issue is related to your server, hosting, or software configuration.
In such cases, you may contact our support team within 3 days of purchase.

If you face any issue with the downloaded product, we encourage you to contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving the issue.

  • Payment Proof
  • Description of the issue
