By placing an order on our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if necessary.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned during checkout.
GST (CGST + SGST) or IGST will be automatically calculated and charged strictly based on the geographic location and state you select during checkout, as per the Government of India regulations

Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We accept secure online payments through authorized payment gateways.
  • In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

Coupon & Discounts

  • Coupons are subject to validity, expiry date, and usage limits.
  • Only one coupon can be applied per order unless otherwise specified.
  • We reserve the right to cancel coupons in case of misuse.

Delivery (For Digital Products)

  • Digital products will be delivered via email or user dashboard access.
  • Access credentials are confidential and must not be shared.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders once processed cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • No refund for digital products once access is granted.

User Responsibility

Buyers must provide accurate billing information, including their true state of residence and country, during checkout.
By completing a purchase, you explicitly declare that the state and address selection provided by you are true, accurate, and correct. Codide relies entirely on this user-submitted data to fulfill its statutory GST taxation obligations with the Government of India. Any legal or tax liability arising out of incorrect tax classification due to false state inputs rests solely with the buyer. We are not responsible for delays, billing mismatches, or tax reporting errors caused by incorrect details provided by the user.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal.
